Open House will be done a little different this year. Open House will be August 6th, Tuesday, and will begin in the cafeteria as usual. This year instead of having it on different nights and different times, according to your child's grade level, you will come to the school cafeteria on a designated time according to the last name of your child. After the presentation in the cafeteria you will be dismissed to your child's classroom. Here are the session times:
Last name beginning A - G will come at 1:00 p.m.
Last name beginning H - M will come at 2:00 p.m.
Last name beginning N - S will come at 3:00 p.m.
Last name beginning T - Z will come at 4:00 p.m.
Parents/Guardians that work during the day can come at a 5:00 p.m. session.
Families with more than one child attending McRae will only come for one session (even if they have different last names, just go by one of their names and bring the rest). When you are dismissed from the cafeteria the classroom sessions will be on a 30 minute schedule, so when you finish one classroom you will be able to go to your next child's classroom.

Oh! By the way, you can bring all your child's school supplies to Open House, that way they will not have to carry them on the first day of school. Have a great rest of the Summer and we look forward to seeing you on August 6th.
