The Searcy School District uses several avenues to inform our families if school will be closed due to inclement weather.
Please be sure to access these resources if there is a question about school closure.
1. We will send a text message and voice message to all students' primary contact number. (Make sure those phone numbers stay up-to-date!)
2. We will post the closure information on www.searcyschools.org and the Searcy School District Facebook and Twitter pages.
3. Channels 4, 7, and 11 will scroll closure information after being informed by Searcy School District.
4. Local radio stations will be contacted and announce on the morning radio shows that school is closed.
We will notify our students and parents as quickly as possible after the school closure decision has been made. Please make sure to utilize these designated methods for school closure information.
