We would like to thank our AWESOME PTO for coming before the start of school and painting the court on our 2nd/3rd grade playground. They worked in the heat to make our kids' surroundings colorful and fun. They even put their own kiddos to work!! We can't thank you enough for all you do for Westside. You are so appreciated!!

Parents: Please remember that our school day begins at 8:05. At that time, all exterior doors to the building are locked, and faculty and staff are inside and no longer attending driveway duties. If you arrive with your child after 8:05, you MUST bring your child INTO the building. You will need to be buzzed in at the front doors and sign them in at the office. Children should not be dropped off outside the locked building and left unattended. We appreciate your help in this matter. Also, as a reminder, any child arriving after 8:30 is marked as half-day absence.

A BIG SHOUT OUT to: the students, the parents, the Searcy Police and Fire Depts, our outstanding teachers, the principals, the secretaries, the janitors, the therapists, the daycare van drivers, the maintenance workers, the bus drivers, the cafeteria workers, and the nurse for making our first day smooth and successful. It takes EVERYONE to make a great first day!!! #DreamBig #AMillionDreams
