Dr. Bobby Hart
Superintendent of Schools, Searcy School District
Dr. Bobby Hart has served as the Superintendent of Schools for the Searcy School District since 2020. Bringing a wealth of experience in educational leadership, Dr. Hart previously held the position of superintendent at Hope Public Schools. His career in education also includes administrative roles as a building principal in the Genoa and Newport school districts, as well as earlier roles as an athletic director, coach, and classroom teacher.
Dr. Hart is an active member of the Arkansas Association of Educational Administrators and is certified as a trainer for A Framework for Understanding Poverty. He contributes to education and community initiatives across the state, serving on the boards of the Arkansas Imagination Library and the Arkansas Public School Resource Center Rural Advisory. Additionally, he plays a critical role in child safety efforts as an educational representative for the Arkansas State Police Child Abduction Response Team.
Dedicated to community service, Dr. Hart has supported local organizations, including serving the United Way of White County and currently holding a position on the Literacy Council of White County. His outstanding contributions to educational leadership were recognized in 2019 with his induction into the Southern Arkansas University Educational Leadership Hall of Fame.
Dean Stanley
Assistant Superintendent of Schools, Searcy School District
Dean Stanley, a native of Parkersburg, West Virginia, has dedicated over 40 years to education and school leadership. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (1981) and a Master of Arts (1994) from Harding University, along with a Superintendent Licensure earned in 1998. His career began as a biology teacher and basketball coach at White County Central School District, where he served for 11 years. He also spent two years coaching college basketball and baseball at Ohio Valley University.
Mr. Stanley later moved into administration, serving as High School Principal in the McRae School District and then as Middle School Principal at White County Central for 11 years. He went on to lead as Superintendent for six years at Midland School District and five years at White County Central before joining Searcy School District as Assistant Superintendent in 2022.
He is married to Debbie Arms Stanley, a retired teacher of 33 years. Together, they have two children, Ben and Allison, and six grandchildren. A lifelong sports fan, Mr. Stanley supports the West Virginia Mountaineers, Arkansas Razorbacks, and Cleveland Guardians. In his free time, he enjoys music, golf, reading, hiking, and family activities.
