Special Education Services at Searcy School District

At Searcy School District, we are committed to meeting the unique needs of every learner. We provide special education services for students who qualify under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and demonstrate a need for additional educational support.

Every eligible student receives a Free and Appropriate Public Education (FAPE) in the Least Restrictive Environment (LRE)—ensuring access to learning in a setting that best supports their growth and independence.

Our Services Include:

  • Instruction in a variety of educational settings tailored to student needs

  • Speech Therapy

  • Occupational and Physical Therapy

  • Health and Medical Services

  • Vision Support Services

  • Orientation and Mobility Training

  • Counseling Services

Our goal is to empower students with the tools, support, and opportunities they need to succeed—academically, socially, and personally.
