Student Health Services

Our school health professionals offer a wide range of services to meet the needs of all students:

• Medication Administration

• First Aid & Emergency Care

• Individualized Healthcare Plans for students with special needs

• Health Screenings:

  • Vision & Hearing: Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, 4th, 6th, 8th grades, all special education students, and by parent request

  • Scoliosis: 6th-grade girls; 8th-grade boys & girls

  • BMI: Kindergarten, 2nd, 4th, 6th, 8th, 10th grades

• Health Education & Counseling for students and families

• Immunization Record Maintenance

Staff Health Services

Our nurses also support the health of our faculty through:

• On-site Immunizations (Flu, Hepatitis A & B, Shingles, TDaP)

• CPR/AED Training

Mental Health Support

Mental health is a key part of student success. Searcy School District partners with counselors and healthcare providers to support students' emotional and mental well-being through:

• Access to school counselors

• Mental health education and resources

• Referrals to professional mental health services

• Confidential support for students facing emotional or behavioral challenges
