Dr. Mike Liles, Vice-President, was first elected to the Searcy Board of Education in 1993. His term expires in 2022. He is a veterinarian and the owner of Liles Animal Clinic in Searcy. Liles is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, Arkansas Veterinary Medical Association (Secretary/Treasurer: 1988-present) , and Southwest Veterinary Symposium (Treasurer: 2008-present). Liles is an active member of the First United Methodist Church, Searcy Chamber of Commerce, Human Society of Searcy Board of Directors, American Cancer Society, Arkansas School Boards Association, and a sponsor of Center on the Square Performing Arts Theatre.

Dr. Chad Joice, Member, was elected to the Searcy School District Board of Education in May 2019. He received his Doctor of Education degree from Oklahoma State University in School Administration and spent nearly ten years in public education as a teacher, coach, and administrator. Dr. Joice currently serves as Assistant Dean of Students at Harding University. He has two daughters enrolled in Searcy Schools and another daughter who graduated from Searcy High School. He is an active member of the Downtown Church of Christ.

Dr. Brent Blakely, Secretary, was elected to the Searcy Board of Education in 2014. His term expires in 2018. Dr. Blakely received his M.D. from the University of Medical Sciences in May of 1991 and and was the recipient of the Robert A. Dripps Memorial Award for Outstanding Graduate Resident in Anesthesiology. He is the former Chief of Staff, Chief of Surgery, and Chief of Anesthesiology at Unity Health in Searcy.

Mr. Jimmy Simpson, Member, was elected to the Searcy Board of Education in 2015. He is a partner at Simpson and Simpson Law firm in Searcy. His term expires in 2020.

Mr. Philip Williams, President, was elected to the Searcy Board of Education in 1995. His term expires in 2016. Williams is retired from Wal-Mart Stores Inc. previously acting as Assistant Manager, Store Manager, and District Manager, managing up to fifteen stores with an annual budget of $110 million. He is a founding member of the Searcy Public Schools Education Foundation and an active member of the First United Methodist Church of Searcy where he has served as financial chair and Chairman of the Administrative Council and Board of Trustees.
