Dear Parents and Guardians,

We have many events throughout the school year. We know that behind every great student is an involved parent and we hope you will attend these events as much as possible.

As you know, safety is at the forefront of our minds. Each person who enters our building must be scanned through our hall pass system to get a guest name badge. The first time you visit our school your driver's license must be scanned. After that initial scan, you are in our Hall Pass System and able to use the RSVP forms we send out. These links allow parents to let us know in advance that you will be attending certain events. We encourage everyone to RSVP for events so their badge will be waiting for them when they arrive. Even if you end up not attending, it is always best to RSVP just in case. If you have never had your driver's license scanned by our office staff, please drop by the office at your convenience and do so prior to any special event. If you are unable to RSVP, you will still receive a guest badge, but you may have to wait in line in our office the day of the event and we just want to prevent you missing anything.

For your convenience, we will announce our RSVP links on the school's webpage and Facebook page. Classroom teachers may also send links through their Remind 101 and Class Dojo apps. The links are taken down and we stop taking RSVPs approx 24 hours before the event to allow us time for printing badges.
