Searcy School District is happy to announce that Mrs. Heather Franks has been named as the McRae Elementary School principal by the Searcy School District Board of Education. Franks acted as the assistant principal at McRae Elementary for the 2020-2021 school year. She holds a masters in Educational Leadership from Arkansas State University as well as a masters in teaching English as a Second Language (ESOL) from Arkansas Tech University. Franks previously taught in Lonoke and Hot Springs before joining the McRae Elementary School family. Congratulations, Mrs. Franks!
