Ms. King’s class examined colors in the “Sky Tree” paintings during Wit & Wisdom today! Each group worked together to pick 5 colors for their painting, give their reasoning, and determine what season their tree was from! 🎨🌳🍁





Our teachers stayed late on Monday for a faculty meeting. Our amazing PTO provided coke floats for our meeting.

McRae student, Trinity Jackson, is pictured with her brother Davarious Jackson. Davarious helped out in the car line Friday morning-it was also his 18th birthday. Happy late birthday, Davarious!


Woodmen Life donated two carts full of food for our students! We’re so thankful for their generosity.

We wrapped up bus safety/procedures in counseling and STEM classes today! All K-3 students were taught how to safely ride a bus!





A team of Searcy educators are participating in the first THRIVEAR cohort. They are working with others from around the state to improve behavior and mental health supports in our schools. #thrivearkansas

1st Graders, Our book fair will be open pre-sale tomorrow just for you and your grandparents! The fair opens to all students on Monday. We have so many great books that we can't wait for you all to see!


Students are getting ready to celebrate International Dot Day by creating circle art with Mrs. Rogers. International Dot Day is Thursday, September 15th.
