The learning never stops!Today we have several teachers learning about BUILD, a K-1 Reading Intervention program we will now be able to utilize! We can’t wait to put our new learning into practice to help ALL Deener students learn and read at high levels! 📚❤️🦁
Exciting News! Students who have registered will be receiving a special piece of mail revealing their teacher for the 24-25 schoolyear. Be sure to check your mailboxes for this fun surprise! In addition, teachers will be contacting families vis Schoolstatus by Tuesday 8/6.

Teachers learned about UDL and created choice boards for a literacy and math learning target during the first week of summer break!
The last day was filled with treats, a hydration bar, pizza, and more! What a way to wrap up a busy school year at Sidney Deener!
Each year our team grows and changes. We have been blessed by many hardworking team mates and this year was no different. Today we said goodbye to several who have worked to make a difference with us at Sidney Deener! Thank you for your time and investment in our students!
The days at school are winding down but the creativity of our students is not! This week library time classes rotated through activities like coding with cubetto and ozobots! Teamwork is essential!
Our first ever Deener Book Swap was a huge success! Students brought their gently used books from home and got to shop for new books brought from their peers! New books just in time for summer!
