New Staff Spotlight: Rebecca Davis
Hello! I teach 1st grade. This is my 9th year teaching.
Before coming to Sidney Deener I taught at White County Central. I taught 3rd grade for four years then moved to 1st grade. I live in Cloverdale with my husband Bryan and two daughters; Lucy who is in 6th grade at SWMS and Maggie who is in Kindergarten at Deener! We have a crazy dog named Birdie and a funny flock of backyard chickens. My favorite thing about teaching is learning! Every day I get to learn and grow and build relationships:)

Now that it is September a brand new edition of our monthly RISE ( science of reading) Newsletter is available! Follow this link to look into more fun and details for your family! We would LOVE to hear about what reading goals you are setting in your homes! Reading 10-20 minutes in the evening? Playing letter matching or word games in the car? Tell us your ideas!
