New Staff Spotlight: Alexa Price Hello! I teach 3rd Grade. This is my eighth year of teaching, 6th year of teaching third grade. I am from New Jersey and graduated from Harding University in 2014. I have a husband named Marshal, and two children. My daughter, Wylee, is in first grade and my son, Thatcher, is 15 months old. We also have two dogs named Tawny and Lainee. We love to spend lots of time together outside! Wylee and I are proud to be Searcy Lions!

The Scholastic Book Fair carts have left the building, but the joy of the books inside them is still in the air at Deener! Thank you all so much for your support of our fall fair. Due to your generosity EVERY student at Deener was able to shop AND EVERY classroom received a collection of books for their classroom libraries! What a gift!
