2022-23 Searcy School District Student Registration Information

We are excited about the upcoming 2022-23 school year. Registration for new students and returning students will be completed online by visiting the links listed below. If you do not have access to Internet, please contact the school and the staff will assist you.  Please read this entire document carefully before starting this process.

New students are defined as students who are not enrolled in classes at any of our 6 campuses on the last day of school (May 25, 2022). 

Returning students are defined as students who ended the school year enrolled at one of our campuses.

The registration process is different for each group of students, new and returning students. All parents must have an email address to complete the registration process.

Before beginning the online registration process, you will want to gather the following information and take pictures of the items that will need to be uploaded in the system and/or complete and download any of the fillable forms necessary for your student  prior to going to the website to enter information for your student(s). Some items listed will not be applicable for your student.

Items for Enrollment

  • Birth Certificate for all Kindergarten and New Students to the district 

  • Proof of Residency {utility bills(electric, water, cable, etc.) with point of service address and your name must be visible} This cannot be a shut off notice. *Required for Kindergarten and new students coming into the district.

  • Documentation of Changes in Custody Agreements (If Applicable)

  • Parent Pick-Up Forms for Grades K-8 - List of who besides parents or legal guardians can pick your child from school

    • Health History Form, download the form and complete it then save it to the device you will complete registration process on so that you can upload during registration.

  • Shot Record (Copy of New Shot Records are required for all Kindergarteners, students who are 11 years old, 13 years old, 16 Year olds, and all new students).

  • Kindergarten Physical completed by a physician - All Kindergarten students

  • Any Medical Documentation (If applicable)

  • Parents Photo Id (Optional)

  • Social Security Card (Required for all New Students to the District)

  • 504 Plan from a previous school (Only New Students  to the district- if applicable)

New Students to the district - One parent/guardian should create an account. This will allow you to securely save your work and come back at a later time if necessary. You can use your email address or cell phone number. If you have other children already in the district and have an account you do not need to create a separate account. 

Returning Students to the district - Parents or guardians of students that attended Searcy Schools last year should already have an account and will receive a snapcode/and or a link directly to their account specifically for your student that will allow you to login to the platform and complete the registration process. Parents, we ask that you don’t change the student’s email address - this must be set to his or her school domain account (@searcyschools.org).

IMPORTANT TIPS

  • You must answer all questions that are marked as "Required." If you do not, you will be unable to submit your information.

  • What if I make a mistake?  If you would like to make a change, click on the underlined field or click “Previous” to return to a previous page.

Returning Students (students currently enrolled at SPS) will receive an email message in July with further instructions.
