The Searcy School District Board of Directors approved the hiring of a new district leader today in a special-called board meeting this evening. Dr. Bobby Hart recommended Dr. Caroline Nail as the assistant superintendent for curriculum/instruction and over licensed staff for the coming school year. Nail returns to Searcy School District after acting as assistant superintendent in the Mountain Home School District from 2020-2022. She served as the Sidney Deener Elementary School principal for four years prior to her position in Mountain Home. Nail holds a doctorate in education from Arkansas Tech University and is a twenty-five year veteran in the field of education. We are very pleased to welcome Dr. Nail back to the Searcy School District in this leadership role!
