Congratulations to Searcy's Lego League Robotics team Li'l Goonies for an outstanding performance at the FIRST Lego League Qualifier that was held at Harding Academy on Saturday. The Li'l Goonies received the Rising All-Star Award, out of 22 teams, and will compete at the state tournament in January! The Li'l Goonies would like to thank Mary Alice Brooks of Harding Academy and the SHS Goonies team for being excellent mentors during this process!
The Li'l Goonies team members are the following: Garrison Burton, Kash Coleman, Journey Eddins, Hudson Felts, Jaxton Green, Ella Miller, Erin Miller, Noah Miller, and Aubrey Reynolds
The team is coached by Mrs. Shelley Yeakley, SWMS teacher, and Paul Barker, AJHS teacher. Outstanding job by all!
