Congratulations to SHS senior, Matthew Fudge, for being chosen for the 11th and 12th Grade Southwest American Choral Director’s Graded Honor Choir. The SWACDA Convention and Honor Choirs encompass Arkansas, Colorado, Kansas, Missouri, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas and happens biennial in rotation with the National Convention. The students submitted three recordings in the fall to a SWACDA committee and were notified in November. The 2020 SWACDA Convention will be held in Little Rock March 4th-7th with the Honor Choir concerts on Saturday, March 7th.
