SEARCY SCHOOL DISTRICT SUPERINTENDENT SEARCH\r\n

UPDATE\r\n

\r\n

Searcy, Arkansas—The consultants from McPherson & Jacobson L.L. C. have completed Phase I and II of the Superintendent search process. These phases included work with the school board, focus groups, and with the community to identify criteria for a new superintendent in the Searcy school district.

\r\n

On January 27, 2021, Dr. Kenneth James and Dr. Bobby Lester met with the Board of Education to review the Stakeholder input summary, review a draft of proposed interview questions, and discuss the logistics of the interview process.

\r\n

The deadline for submitting applications is March 1, 2021. After that date, the consultants will begin reviewing the completed applications and evaluating the candidates against the established criteria.  The consultants will be conducting extensive background checks on the candidates.
