In a meeting of the Searcy School District Board of Directors held tonight, Dr. Ken James and Dr. Bobby Lester, consultants with McPherson and Jacobson Executive Recruitment and Development firm, recommended superintendent candidate finalists to the board of directors. After viewing video presentations from each finalist, the board has chosen to interview the following candidates.
Dr. Rick L Gales, current superintendent at Stuttgart School District
Dr. Bobby Hart, current superintendent at Hope School District
Dr. Nathan Morris, current superintendent at Cross County School District
Mr. Jerrod Williams, current superintendent at Sheridan School District
Interviews will be held March 29-April 1, and the candidates will participate in campus visits, school stakeholder group interviews, and a final interview with the board of directors.
