Searcy School District

Searcy High School Marching Band hosted and competed in the A.S.B.O.A Region 4 Marching Assessment on Tuesday, October 19th where they earned an Excellent rating by the panel of judges qualifying them to compete against 6A schools from across the state in the Arkansas State Marching Contest hosted at War Memorial Stadium in Little Rock on November 2nd.  The Searcy High School Marching Band was proud to host the Region 4 contest where they welcomed over 1,000 band students, directors, and parents to Lion Stadium. Congratulations to the Searcy High School Marching Band! The SHS Marching Band is under the direction of Nicholas Shurtleff and assisted by Shane Fudge and Kevin Beirne.
