Searcy School District

Congratulations to our very own Ahlf Junior High School cafeteria manager April Alderson for earning her associates degree in Applied Sciences for Culinary Arts through the UAPTC Culinary School. As  a chef, she will bring her expertise to Searcy School District, and she will also be teaching students in pre-K through high school the importance of fruits and vegetables and how to cook them at Cooking and Bloom in Little Rock, a summer camp opportunity for children. We are very proud of Chef April for continuing her education and using her talents to keep our children healthy!
