Due to our current weather situation, many of our athletic events have been changed. Below is a new calendar for jr basketball, bowling, and wrestling.

Good afternoon. Due to inclement weather, Searcy School District will be closed Friday, February 4th. We will participate in an AMI Day. Please be sure your children remember to charge their chromebooks overnight, so they will be ready to learn remotely on Friday. Stay safe and warm and enjoy the weekend!

This message is from Searcy Public Schools. Out of an abundance of caution for travel and the likelihood of power outages, Searcy Public Schools will be closed tomorrow, Thursday, February 3. Students will participate in an AMI day. All students should have brought home their chromebooks. Please remember to charge them overnight, so they are fully charged for tomorrow’s learning. Progress reports for grades K-6 have been sent home with students, and virtual parent/teacher conferences for grades K-6 will still take place tomorrow at the parent's scheduled time. Athletic Update: The Searcy Lions and Lady Lions (Sr. High) games at Paragould have been cancelled due to inclement weather conditions. The 7/8/9 grade teams will still play Beebe tonight. Thank you.

Wednesday, Feb. 2 7/8/9 Girls vs Beebe (Home), 4pm 7/8/9 Boys @ Beebe, 4pm SHS Bowling @ Jonesboro, 4pm SHS Lady Lions/Lions @ Paragould, 5pm (No JV) Thursday-Friday, Feb 3-4 NO GAMES Saturday, February 5 Wrestling: Dual State @ Russellville (Boys Only) Basketball: Jr. High Conference Tournament Begins

Athletic Update 2: Due to lack of officials for tomorrow night at Paragould, the games have been moved once again to Wednesday, February 2. Varsity girls will begin at 5pm followed by the varsity boys. No JV games will be played. We apologize for this inconvenience.
